Use of Boopet is governed, jointly, by the following documents:

- Privacy Policy — personal data processing under the LGPD.
- Security and Data — technical protection measures adopted.
- Account and data deletion — erasure procedure.
In case of divergence between the version published on this website and any copy, the text available here prevails, as of the update date shown on each page. The Portuguese versions are the governing ones; the English and Spanish pages are courtesy translations.

03 Veterinary notice
The app organizes information that the owner enters or confirms. The vaccination schedule is a general reference based on species and age; the valid protocol is always the one set by the professional who treats the animal. 04 Intellectual property
The Boopet brand, logo, visual identity, interface, the texts of this website, the documentation and the app's source code are owned by Oakboo and protected by Brazilian law and international treaties.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering or creation of derivative works without prior written authorization is prohibited, except in the cases of use allowed by law.
Your content stays yours. Your pets' data, photos and documents remain your property, as per section 7 of the Terms of Use.

06 Third-party software
Boopet is built on open-source components, among them React Native, Expo and libraries from that ecosystem, as well as typography licensed for open use (Nunito, under the SIL Open Font License).
Each component is used according to its respective license, and the copyright notices of their owners are preserved. The list of libraries and licenses may be requested through the contact e-mail.

08 Customer service
Complaints, billing questions, cancellations and refund requests should be sent to contact@boopet.app. We reply within 15 days.
Because subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, refund requests may also be made directly to the store, which is the seller of the transaction. We help with follow-up.
Consumers in Brazil may also turn to consumer protection agencies and to the consumidor.gov.br platform.
09 Data Protection Officer
Requests concerning personal data — access, correction, portability, deletion, withdrawal of consent and information about sharing — should be addressed to our data-subject channel, provided for in article 41 of the LGPD:

11 About this website
boopet.app is a static website: it collects no forms, uses no tracking cookies and runs no analytics tools that identify visitors. The pages load the Nunito typeface from Google Fonts, which makes your browser contact Google servers — a detail recorded in section 14 of the Privacy Policy.

12 Governing law and venue
The laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil apply. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to settle disputes, as per article 101, item I, of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.
